Welcome to the online submission form of IAECM Cultural Program-2026. Please spend some time to fill this form carefully.

1. Adults can participate in only one item which can be a solo or group performance. Kids are allowed to perform in one solo and one group performance.

2. Solo items length is limited to 4 minutes and group items length is limited to 7 minutes. In any exception, please contact the committee for approval.

3. Each form has to be filled for one individual item/performance/participation. If your kids have multiple items then fill out this form for each individual item. (Example: Ron will be performing in 2 items for this program. One will be a solo performance and another will be a group performance. So, Ron has to fill 2 individual forms for 2 different items.)
